Personal Web Page Instructions

Personal web space is provided to every dial-up customer. Below are the instructions for obtaining and accessing personal web space.

1. Customer signs up for a dial-up account.
2. Customer sends an email to websupport@ecoisp.com (this goes to our call center) with the following information:
1. Indicate the request for personal web space setup
2. Username and password
3. Web Support sets up ftp permissions and folders for web space.
3. Web Support sends email to customer indicating that their web space is setup. This email includes some instructions on how to upload their content.
